Founded by Paul Morrison, a global marketing & branding consultant, writer and art enthusiast, PATOO began as a project of passion while on a combined UN/Columbia University international development project in Madagascar, aiming to fill the void for an informed, analytical and opinionated point of view on the Caribbean creative industries.
